Looking for affordable shipping to New Zealand from the USA? Many US stores won't ship to New Zealand or charge high fees. Global Shopaholics gives you a free, tax-free US address for New Zealand at our Delaware warehouse. Use it at checkout on Amazon, Walmart, Target, eBay or any other US site. We log and photograph every parcel on arrival, combine your orders into one box to cut the billed weight, and send it with tracking to Auckland, Wellington or anywhere in New Zealand by DHL, FedEx, UPS or USPS. It is an easy way to send a box to New Zealand without booking air freight to New Zealand yourself.

New Zealand Customs does not collect duty or GST on goods worth NZ$1,000 or less, except alcohol and tobacco. Since April 1, 2026, a low-value goods levy of NZ$2.21 plus GST applies to each air consignment; the forwarder pays it and may pass it on. Above NZ$1,000, duty, 15% GST and fees apply, and you need a Customs Number. Duties and taxes are not included in our shipping rates.
Extra charges apply to perfume. Lithium batteries, aerosols and liquids need special handling. Items banned by the carrier or by customs in New Zealand can't be shipped; see our FAQs for prohibited items or read how it works.
Delivery from the USA to New Zealand takes 3 to 15 days, depending on the carrier service you choose: DHL, FedEx, UPS or USPS, all with tracking. Standard processing takes 4–5 working days once you request shipment. The lowest prices come from consolidation: we pack several US orders together, so you send one box to New Zealand instead of many parcels. For heavier orders, our courier service is a simple alternative to booking freight to NZ. If your combined box is worth more than NZ$1,000, check the import fees before you ship. We deliver to Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, Hamilton, Tauranga, Dunedin and Palmerston North.
Free storage is 30 days on Basic, 180 on Premium (US$9.99/month) and 210 on Business (US$14.99/month), and paid plans earn 2% or 3% cashback. Get an instant quote in the shipping calculator for New Zealand or compare our subscription plans.
