Since January 1, 2024, Malaysia has charged 10% sales tax on low-value goods (LVG) worth up to RM500. Registered overseas sellers collect this at checkout, and items above RM500 pay import duty and sales tax at the border through Royal Malaysian Customs. Duties and taxes are not included in our shipping rates.
Extra charges apply to perfume. Lithium batteries, aerosols and liquids need special handling. Items banned by the carrier or by customs in Malaysia can't be shipped; see our FAQs for prohibited items or read how it works.
Delivery takes 3 to 15 days, depending on the carrier service you choose: DHL, FedEx, UPS or USPS, all with tracking. Standard processing takes 4–5 working days once you request shipment. We deliver to Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Ipoh, Kota Kinabalu, Kuching and Shah Alam.
Free storage is 30 days on Basic, 180 on Premium (US$9.99/month) and 210 on Business (US$14.99/month), and paid plans earn 2% or 3% cashback. Get an instant quote in the shipping calculator for Malaysia or compare our subscription plans.
