Colombia's tax and customs authority, DIAN, clears courier shipments under its postal and express rules. Under the trade agreement between Colombia and the United States, personal parcels from the USA worth up to US$200 FOB are free of import duty and VAT, as long as they are not for commercial use. Parcels worth more pay import duty at the tariff rate plus 19% VAT. Duties and taxes are not included in our shipping rates.
Extra charges apply to perfume. Lithium batteries, aerosols and liquids need special handling. Items banned by the carrier or by customs in Colombia can't be shipped; see our FAQs for prohibited items or read how it works.
Shipping costs to Colombia depend on the billed weight of your consolidated box and the carrier you choose. To send a parcel to Colombia for less, combine your orders in one box. Delivery from the USA to Colombia usually takes 3 to 15 days, depending on the carrier service you choose: DHL, FedEx, UPS or USPS, all with tracking. The lowest prices come from consolidation: let several US orders arrive at your Delaware address, ship them together in one box, and pick the slowest service that still meets your deadline. As your freight forwarder to Colombia, we also take larger boxes, a simple alternative to cargo shipping to Colombia. We deliver to Bogotá, Medellín, Cali, Barranquilla, Cartagena, Bucaramanga and Pereira.
