Once your packages get delivered to the warehouse, the GS staff will send you a few HD photos of the merchandise so you can be sure of what has been delivered. Let’s say the delivered merchandise is not what you had ordered or the quality does not match your expectations or it got damaged during the shipment process, you can simply request a return.

Global Shopaholics will make a return on your behalf for that you just need to provide the return label. Global Shopaholics generates return labels once you finally choose to ship with us. By using the label provided to you by Global Shopaholics, you’ll be charged $5/package service charges as per our return policy.

Global Shopaholics’ return label is automatically made available to customers who use the assisted purchase feature.
