If you want to buy from 6PM store and ship to Ireland, the most practical method is to use a reliable U.S. package forwarding service. 6PM.com, a popular destination for discount shoes, clothing, and accessories, does not ship directly to Ireland as of now. This guide explains how to shop from 6PM, arrange international delivery to Ireland, understand costs, avoid common problems, and use a trusted solution like Global Shopaholics to make the process easy.
Quick Summary: How to Buy from 6PM Store and Ship to Ireland
- 6PM.com does not ship directly to Ireland.
- Irish shoppers need a U.S. shipping address to access 6PM deals.
- Package forwarding services like Global Shopaholics make this possible.
- Shop normally on 6PM, ship to your U.S. address, then forward to Ireland.
- Plan for shipping, customs, and possible restrictions on some items.
Why Is Shopping from 6PM to Ireland a Challenge?
6PM is known for offering impressive discounts on shoes, apparel, bags, and accessories, especially on American brands and designer labels. But if you’re in Ireland, you face a major hurdle: 6PM.com does not offer international shipping to Irish shoppers directly. When you enter an Irish shipping address at checkout, you’ll find no shipping options. This limitation blocks access to many exclusive U.S. sales, clearance deals, and products not found at Irish retailers.
This is a common issue for many U.S.-based online stores—including Walmart, Amazon USA, Costco, and Target—but especially painful when there are sitewide promotions or end-of-season sales available only to U.S. residents.
What Shoppers in Ireland Need to Know Before Ordering from 6PM
Before you buy from 6PM store and ship to Ireland, there are key things to be aware of:
- Direct Shipping Limitations: 6PM currently does not ship outside the United States. No direct delivery options for Ireland are shown at checkout.
- Payment Methods: 6PM normally accepts credit/debit cards with U.S. billing addresses. Some international cards may be declined.
- Sales Tax: 6PM.com may charge U.S. sales tax to the shipping address unless you provide a tax-free address.
- Product Availability: Some items (especially luxury brands) may have U.S.-only restrictions or resale limits.
- Shipping Costs: Costs will include U.S. domestic shipping to your U.S. address plus forwarding/parcel delivery from the USA to Ireland.
- Customs, VAT, and Duty: Irish customs may apply import VAT and duties, depending on the item’s value and type. See official rules at Revenue (Irish Customs).
So, although the process is entirely legal and straightforward, shoppers in Ireland must use a package forwarding service to effectively shop 6PM sales and new arrivals from the U.S.
Does 6PM Store Deliver to Ireland?
No, 6PM does not offer delivery to Ireland directly. The 6PM website only ships to addresses within the continental United States, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. This means to take advantage of 6PM’s discounts, Irish shoppers need a workaround—the most widely used method being a trusted U.S. package forwarding address.
Many Irish and EU shoppers look for the cheapest way to ship 6PM store items to Ireland, but getting access to a reliable U.S. shipping address is the first and most critical step.
What Are Package Forwarding and Consolidation Services?

How Much Does It Cost to Ship from 6PM Store USA to Ireland?
Shipping costs from 6PM store USA to Ireland depend on several factors—size and weight of your package, chosen shipping method, insurance, and whether you consolidate several packages into one. If you buy multiple items from 6PM (or other U.S. retailers), consolidating packages can lead to significant savings on shipping rates from USA to Ireland.
Typical factors influencing the price:
- Shipping method: Couriers (FedEx, DHL, UPS) are usually fastest, but heavier items benefit from economy or freight options.
- Package weight and size: Heavier/bulky orders mean higher costs (especially for shoes, boots, or bundled apparel).
- Insurance: Optional coverage to protect against loss or damage.
- Customs duties and VAT: Ireland applies VAT on imports and possible customs duties on orders above certain thresholds.
To estimate your shipping from USA to Ireland prices, use the Global Shopaholics shipping calculator. Enter Ireland as your delivery address, input package details, and see the available courier options.
Tip: Shipping light soft goods (T-shirts, jeans, sneakers) is usually much more economical than heavy or bulky items. Consolidating multiple purchases into a single shipment is often the cheapest way to ship from USA to Ireland.
Case Study: Example Cost Comparison
| Scenario | Single Package | Consolidated Package |
|---|---|---|
| 1 pair of trainers + 2 T-shirts | Shipped separately (higher overall cost) | Shipped together (lower overall cost) |
| 3 pairs of shoes from 6PM | Each shipped in original box; 3x courier fees | All shoes reboxed and sent as 1 package; 1x courier fee |
Consolidation through Global Shopaholics package consolidation sharply reduces your per-item shipping charges.
Important: Customs, VAT, and Duty When Shipping From USA to Ireland
All orders shipped from outside the EU to Ireland are subject to import VAT (currently 23%), and certain shipments may incur customs duty based on category and value. When you buy from 6PM store and ship to Ireland, your order will be processed by Irish customs, and you (the recipient) are responsible for paying these charges.
- Low-value items (usually under €22) may be exempt from VAT, though rules can change.
- Above-threshold or higher-value fashion/apparel may be charged additional import duty (typically 8-12%, depending on material/origin).
- Some items—like genuine leather goods or athletic shoes—may have specific rates. Check Revenue guidelines for the latest.
Good forwarding services never cover these fees for you, but they will provide all paperwork (invoices, tracking, value declaration) so you can clear Irish customs without delay.
Product Restrictions and Limitations: What Can (and Can’t) You Ship?
Most 6PM products—including shoes, clothing, accessories, and bags—can be shipped from the USA to Ireland with no problem. However, some restrictions do apply:
- Perfumes, nail polish, aerosols: Count as hazardous/liquids and may not be eligible for air shipping.
- Batteries/electronics: Some restrictions on shipping batteries or power banks by air cargo.
- Luxury, high-value goods: May require additional documentation for customs.
When in doubt, reach out to Global Shopaholics’ support before purchasing. And always check the official Irish customs site for newly restricted categories.
