Italy is in the EU, so since July 1, 2021, import VAT has applied to every commercial parcel from the USA, whatever its value; there is no longer a low-value VAT exemption. Since July 1, 2026, the EU no longer waives customs duty on parcels worth €150 or less, and a temporary €3 duty per item category applies to many low-value e-commerce parcels. Above €150, customs duty is charged at the EU tariff rate for each product. Duties and taxes are not included in our shipping rates.

For shipping to Italy from the USA, delivery takes 3 to 15 days, depending on the carrier service you choose: DHL, FedEx, UPS or USPS, all with tracking. Standard processing takes 4–5 working days once you request shipment.
