For courier shipments from the USA, the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) charges no duty or tax on goods worth C$40 or less. From C$40 to C$150, goods are duty-free, but GST/HST applies; above C$150, duty and taxes may both apply. Mail shipments, such as USPS, are tax-free only up to C$20. Since September 8, 2026, certain US-made goods also pay a 15%, 25% or 50% surtax, even below these thresholds. Duties and taxes are not included in our shipping rates.
Extra charges apply to perfume. Lithium batteries, aerosols and liquids need special handling. Items banned by the carrier or by customs in Canada can't be shipped; see our FAQs for prohibited items or read how it works.
