Imports into Bangladesh can attract customs duty, supplementary duty, VAT (15% standard rate), advance income tax and advance tax, depending on the HS code. Courier parcels are assessed by the National Board of Revenue at Dhaka airport, and duties on items such as phones and electronics can be significant. Duties and taxes are not included in our shipping rates.
Extra charges apply to perfume. Lithium batteries, aerosols and liquids need special handling. Items banned by the carrier or by customs in Bangladesh can't be shipped; see our FAQs for prohibited items or read how it works.
Delivery takes 3 to 15 days, depending on the carrier service you choose: DHL, FedEx, UPS or USPS, all with tracking. Standard processing takes 4–5 working days once you request shipment. We deliver to Dhaka, Chattogram, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Gazipur and Narayanganj.
Free storage is 30 days on Basic, 180 on Premium (US$9.99/month) and 210 on Business (US$14.99/month), and paid plans earn 2% or 3% cashback. Get an instant quote in the shipping calculator for Bangladesh or compare our subscription plans.
